Largo Police say Kierra Shuntay Boles, 18, and an accomplice stole laptops from a local Walmart and forced a cab driver at knifepoint to help them flee.

A Dunedin woman is charged with carjacking a taxi after stealing laptops from a Walmart, according to the Largo Police Department.

Officers say Kierra Shuntay Boles, 18, and a male accomoplice took a cab from Clearwater to the Walmart at 1111 Missouri Ave. in Largo around 11:45 a.m. last Thursday and asked the cab driver to wait outside as they went in to retrieve Boles' paycheck.

A few minutes later, the two allegedly came out of the store pushing a shopping cart with two stolen computers worth nearly $1,200, the Tampa Bay Times reports.
