Amendment 6: Providing for Possibility of Cancellation of City Commission Meeting

The language on the ballot will look like this:

Shall the City Charter, pursuant to Ordinance 12-21, be amended to provide that the City Commission shall meet twice each month unless it determines that one of those meetings should be canceled?

The city charter already requires the Dunedin commission to meet at least twice each month. A "yes" vote would change the city charter language to allow the commission permission to cancel one of its meetings each month if they determine it is needed.
