Memorial Day Service

Curlew Hills Memory Gardens of Palm Harbor is pleased to announce its 27th annual Memorial Day Services.  The event will be held this Memorial Day, Monday, May 28 at 9:30 a.m. The moving observance program will take place at Curlew Hills Memory Gardens, 1750 Curlew Road, and will be followed by refreshments.  The event is free and the public is invited to attend.

Special guest speakers will include Captain Gregory Amira – Retired U.S. Army Special Operations and 9/11 World Trade Center Survivor as well as Lieutenant Colonel Cynthia Cook, U.S. Army, Central Command MacDill Air Force Base.

Local Boy Scout and Girl Scout troops will be placing the flags on veterans’ graves prior to the event on Saturday, May 26 at 10:00 am.  This is an annual tradition of Curlew Hills' Memorial Day services and helps the Scout troops achieve merit badges.
