Want to Buy a Bus or Barber Chair?

When a family has extra stuff they may hold a garage sale, but what does a school district do? Check out the annual Pinellas County Schools surplus auction on April 28.

Need a school bus, jewelry buffer, dishwasher, upright piano or pressure washer? These are just several of the items the is auctioning off this weekend.

The school district's annual public auction starts at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 28 at the , 11111 S. Belcher Road, Largo. Come preview the merchandise on Friday, April 27 from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the same location.

Several hundred people usually come to the school district's auction of surplus goods. The district will auction off three boats, large appliances, cafeteria equipment, office equipment, commercial lawn mowers, musical instruments, and more. Here's the complete list of merchandise.

All the items are sold as is and buyers must register before bidding. Registration begins on Saturday at 7:30 a.m.
