Come join us for Evening Qigong Practice at the Dunedin Health & Wellness Center, located at 1000 Bass Blvd, in Dunedin, FL

We practice every Tuesday night from 6:00 - 7:00p.

This Qigong practice is open to both beginners and those already familiar with Qigong.

Qigong involves coordinating the breath with movements.  The movements are slow and controlled, after learning the sequence of moves, the practice becomes a moving mediation. All fitness levels are welcome to attend.  Qigong can be practiced standing or sitting in a chair.

The practice includes breathwork, warm-up exercises, learning Qigong movements, Tao stretching and ends with a meditation.

Cost per class is $10 -- or purchase a 6-class card for $50.

The class is taught by Rose Carmico, a Level II Certified Qigong Instructor affiliated with the Supreme Science Qigong Foundation.  Rose is also certified in Yoga, Breathwork and Nutrition.

With our nations' urgent need to overhaul the health care system and each persons' need to deal withRead More increasing health care costs/decreasing quality of care, volunteering for SHINE could be part of the answer. The more you know, the better equipped you are to make postive changes for yourself and others. If, like me, you feel frustrated with the FL Legislature which seems to be working against us rather than for us; volunteering with organizations that educate the public in essential areas of concern can be an effective way to create grassroots changes. SHINE offers exceptional training and effectively updates it's volunteers regarding changes in the healthcare system. Sign up for thier training and you're sure to want to pass on what you learn to others.
