Game Report: Jays Go 4-3 On Road Trip

Long time Blue Jay trainer returns home with the Brevard County Manatees.

The Dunedin Blue Jays completed their seven-game road trip with a 4-3 record, losing last evening to the Daytona Cubs, 7-5.

Tonight the D-Jays will begin a brief three-game home stand with the Brevard County Manatees, who are the Single A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. With the Manatees coming to town, it marks the return of longtime Blue Jay and local resident Tommy Craig. Craig spent 25 years in the Blue Jay organization as head trainer and rehab coordinator. The East Carolina graduate has two World Series rings to his credit and loves to share the on-field celebration stories.

Probable starter for the D-Jays is Nestor Molina. The converted third baseman gave up only one earned run in his first three starts and is trying to rebound from a rough outing in his last start against the same Brevard team. All games in the series will begin at 7 p.m.
