Game Report: D-Jays Defeat Brevard County Manatees 7-4.

Jays take advantage of Manatees errors to win their second in a row.

The Dunedin Blue Jays used the same recipe for success as the previous evening to defeat the Brevard County Manatees 7-4. The D-Jays had strong starting pitching, solid defense and they took advantage of the Manatee mistakes.

The Manatees again gifted the Jays runs. In the second inning, two errors around three singles gave the Blue Jays a 3-1 lead. In the fifth inning, the Manatees misplayed a foul ball pop-up and Jon Talley made them pay with a two-run home run on the next pitch.

Ryan Tepera, the Blue Jay starter, was perfect through five- and a-third innings, except for the wild pitch he delivered in the first, which allowed Brevard County a 1-0 lead.
