This Weekend in Dunedin: Mom Craft Fair, High School Band Fundraiser
Looking for things to do in Dunedin this weekend? Look no further.
Made by Mama Craft Fair: Stop in at Sweet Peas Cafe, 434 Virginia Lane, starting at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, to find vendors selling handmade goods, books, kids' toys, jewelry and clothing.
Dunedin High School Band Fashion Show/Luncheon: The fundraiser, titled "Runway to Scotland," will help pay for the band's trip to Stirling, Scotland, Dunedin's sister city, in June 2014. Scottish and American fashions will be modeled by local "celebrities." It kicks off at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, at Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Splash Day at Kirk Church: This free family event runs from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, and features large water slides, live music, snow cones, cotton candy, a bungee run and kids crafts. It's at Kirk Church, 2686 Bayshore Blvd.
