Restrict Smoking at the Highland Park Playground and Sprayground Call Park and Recreation Fight against negligent parents smoking in the park.... FANPSIP
On April 29, 2013, I sat in the Highland Park playground and Kiwanis sprayground park I watched some parents smoking continuously on the playground. Smoking in a park designed especially for children should not be allowed. I called the superintendent of the parks and was informed that the Advisor Board Meeting is scheduled on the 15th of May and it should be discussed.
