Country Boy gives the best value with a tremendous selection of breakfast fare in Dunedin. Mario is a buddy of mine, but I would be a regular even if he wasn't a friend. Great coffee, exceptional service and fair prices.

The first time I went to the place was supposedly the last. The atmosphere sucked. There was a loud self-righteous church group making sure everyone could hear their business and the service was terrible.

Because one of my faves for breakfast was closed due to a death, I decided to give this place one more try. I ordered the Meat Scrambler, (Two scrambled eggs with chopped bacon, sausage and ham topped with Cheddar cheese. Served with 2 bacon, 1 sausage Grits or potatoes and toast or 2 pancakes.) regularly $6.99 but today it was $5:99. It was worth it. The hash browns weren't Waffle House dominant but they were fine. The grits were almost perfectly cooked. The server was attentive and timely on everything. A rover made sure the coffee cups were full. Short and sweet, I will come back and add this place to my backup list. :)
