I must credit Bill Coleman for his creative vision for North Douglas Ave, which is now under discussion as an Arts District by the city. It took courage and risk to make the Institute a reality, and I'm extremely proud of Bill and the artists who support the endeavor! In fact, the neighboring homes East of the Institute could very well be home to many artists who could locate, enhance, and contribute much to our downtown ambience in this community as well. Dunedin is a creative community, and the Institute adds yet another shining star.
