Kalamazoo Olive Oil Company is owned by James Ryan, who saw the lack of quality, gourmet food in the Tampa Bay area and so began his personal endeavor in business. The store serves as a tasting experience, sampling more than 30 oils and vinegars that are sweet or savory, such as white truffle, almond, roasted French walnut, honey and ginger balsamic and cinnamon-pear balsamic. Also available for tasting are dips, cheese balls and pasta sauce. Customers will be able to find bowls, platters, cocktail napkins, dip spreaders and more inside.
