This place is a disaster. I called in and had a hair appointment with Erika. She really messed my hair up, was rude and ignored me the whole time (while speaking to everyone else, including people she took care of while my hair dye was setting). She got some hair dye in my eyes, permanently stained the collar of my shirt, got hair dye all over my face, and was really harsh to my hair. Pretty much the worst experience I have ever had in service - in any trade, ever. Also, she told me $60 on the phone and charged me $100 after the service. She fried the ends of my hair and I ended up having to cut off 7".
