The Chic-a-Boom Room is a lively, fun-filled place that offers marvelous martinis, music and much, much more. Its martinis are extremely popular, and formally known as Chic-a-Boom Martoonis. They come in just about any flavor you desire.
It also serves wine and beer with more than 85 beers in a bottle from all over the world -- anything from imports such as Fulle Esb and Tucher Kristal to domestics brewed in the local Dunedin Brewery.

Two words.... Lip Dup. Well it might be one ;) but search Funedin on YouTube and you'll see why Kathy Carlson runs the best businesses in Dunedin... We love CBR on Wednesday nights for half price martinis. The bar staff is wonderful and the bar manager really knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere.
An eclectric atmosphere surrounds the inside bar. Afternoon and evening cocktails are fine and tasty here. You have an ample selection of frozen concoctions, specialty drinks and Martinis to die for. You can also get good bar food (5-9:30pm) as it's coming out of Kelly's kitchen. My seating preference is at the patio bar, always inviting and friendly as well. Cheers!
