I asked these folks to re-set a large tanzanite I gave to my Mom long ago that another jeweler had managed to make look ugly. I explained that it was always meant it to be a very special gift, and I wanted to have it redone right for her 80th birthday. They truly went above and beyond in doing a very special job at an extremely fair price. I got antsy after waiting more than a week - but realized my mistake when I was finally able to present my Mom with a custom-made piece of art instead of overpaying for a commercial setting at the mall. Check them out before you head to a chain!
