Detectives are seeking the public's help in identifying the suspects in a surveillance video obtained during the investigation of an armed robbery at the Munchee's on Union Street in Dunedin late Jan. 15.
Pinellas County detectives are still searching for two people suspected of robbing the Union Street Munchee's at gunpoint late Jan. 15. In video surveillance released Jan. 28, one suspect can be seen ordering one of the Munchee's clerks behind the counter. Detectives are seeking the public's help in identifying the suspects. His voices can be heard clearly in the video. Authorities report that two armed suspects entered Munchee's on Union Street in Dunedin at about 9:35 p.m. One suspect, acting as a lookout, ordered a clerk near the door to lay on the ground, while second suspect ordered the other clerk to go behind the counter, where he demanded money from the cash register and cartons of cigarettes.
