A Dunedin man is arrested and charged with felony burglary and possession of alprazolam after punching out the window of his ex-girlfriend's apartment while she hid inside, according to Pinellas County Sheriff's arrest records.
A Dunedin man is facing a felony burglary charge for punching out his ex-girlfriends home window on Jan. 7, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. Daniel Wayne Barnes, 26, of 200 Glennes Lane, was reportedly arguing with his ex-girlfriend about their recent break-up while inside a car near Westfield Countryside Mall late on Jan. 6. He is alleged to have punched her in the thigh when she told him she did not wish to talk to him any longer and asked to go home. While being dropped off at her Clearwater apartment, he allegedly grabbed her so she could not move, according to Pinellas County arrest records.
