ReplyWhen I think of the magnolia tree, I think of Mississippi. When I think of Dunedin, I think of oranges.

ReplyI admire Marcia's efforts and enthusiasm towards encouraging our visitors and local population to embrace all aspects of Dunedin and create further awareness. They are not trying to "be" downtown, merely trying to help us expand our horizons. I encourage and support her in every way.

ReplyI also grew up Italian and in Connecticut and my family thought nothing of driving 45 minutes to New York City just to get a pastrami sandwich at Katz's or a cannoli at Ferrara's in Little Italy. Going to Mazzaro's feels normal to me. The only "problem " I have with the place is if I go in for one or two items, I come out $200 later. One just needs to surrender to this magical experience and it is, indeed, very Italian!

ReplySail Honeymoon simply must stay! As an icon on the Dunedin Causeway, as well as an example of a very successful business, it would be abominable to see this business taken away due to City bureaucracy. Go through the process, if you must, then change the law.

I agree with Liz - I thought libraries were supposed to be places of serenity and quiet.
