I have a passion for foot reflexology.  Our feet are integral to our well being. My blog will be about various health issues and some self help tips relating to the topic discussed.  If you have a particular concern you would like me to address please let me know.  I am looking forward to working with the community.

I am a Master Reflexologist and licensed massage therapist. I have been practicing reflexology since 2006.  All I offer are reflexology services.  I enjoy receiving a massage and strongly  promote the health issues of having a massage. But for me it is all about the feet!

I am a grad from the Center for Universal Reflexology in CT and continued advanced studies at Acusage Academy in MA.  Over the years I have completed various specific studies with some interesting teachers.  I am a former CT gal, born in New Britain, raised in Enfield and thrived in Tolland, CT .  My husband and I moved to this area in late 2010.   We are enjoying the sunshine and salt life!
