Reflexology is a Family Affair

Reflexology can be helpful for colds and ear infections. Did you know American spend more than a billion dollars every year on non-prescription medicines for colds and coughs?

Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure in a strategic manner to reflexes of the feet.

Reflexologists see the feet as an open door to the bodies systems.  Each section of the feet correlates to a specific organ.  By stimulating nerves on specific area of the feet, you can stimulate blood flow and eliminate toxin build up in the corresponding organs and systems in the body.

Reflexology works to put the body in a state of well-being, it is beneficial to every system in the body and particularly for stress relief.  If you have children that get frequent colds or ear infections, Reflexology can be extremely beneficial.

Keep in mind it is just a sample list:

  • Sports related injuries
  • Respiratory infections
  • Depression
  • Hyperactivity and auditory problems

  • Insomnia
  • Menopause
  • Acid reflex and digestive disorders.
